Some changes require verification and must be made by contacting Customer Service:

- Service address
- Adding/removing authorized users
- Account ownership transfer
Required Documentation
Certain account changes require supporting documentation:
Name Change
- Valid government-issued ID with new name, OR
- Court order/marriage certificate showing name change
Account Transfer
- Valid ID for new account holder
- Proof of ownership or lease agreement
- Authorization from current account holder
Add Authorized User
- Valid ID for the authorized user
- Written authorization from primary account holder
