Fall Community Tour (Electric)
The Fall Community Tour focuses on our electric facilities and operations. Viewers get a tour of the process that goes into generating and delivering electric service. The tour also highlights the process of restoring power with a presentation from our linemen. Tour-goers also get useful information on electrical safety and the dangers of meter tampering.
Spring Community Tour (Water & Wastewater)
The Spring Community Tour focuses on our water and wastewater facilities and operations. From the extraction of water from the Rio Grande to the treatment of water in our water plants and the treatment of wastewater for safe distribution back to the environment, viewers get to view the entire process of delivering water and wastewater service.
